Usher’s New Look is 501(c3) non-profit organization that transforms the lives of under-resourced youth through comprehensive programming which develops passion-driven, global leaders from middle school through college. We are determined to enable young people to discover their spark, graduate from high school, achieve higher education and training, build careers, and be of service to their communities. Our work helps the youth future-proof their lives from negative statistics to become leaders who change their world.

IGNITE

Powered By Service, 7th – 8th grade
Students are introduced to the benefits of servant leadership, financial literacy, explore career paths and nurture their passions with an emphasis on education.

FUEL

Leadership Academy, 9th – 12th Grade
A four-year, 400-hour training program which ensures high school graduation, prepares students for college, and teaches them how to be national servant leaders.

PASS THE TORCH

Moguls in Training, Post-Secondary
A virtual college and career support system which helps students thrive while navigating school, beginning their careers, and being international servant leaders.

Continuing the legacy
Once a student graduates from college, they also graduate from UNL. Our graduates become our biggest ambassadors.
